• Outside food not allowed.
  • Consumption of tobacco and alcohol strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking strictly prohibited in hospital premises
  • Visiting hours for ward is 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm. Visiting hours for ICU 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon and 05:00 pm to 06:00 pm
  • No valuables or cash to be kept with the patient. The hospital will not be responsible in case of any loss.
  • Only one visitor pass for visitors will be issued by customer care counter during visiting hours and will be retained by security once visited on the pass.

Intensive care Unit
  • Passes are required to be returned at the time of settlement of final bill/discharge.
  • Loss of attendant and visitor passes will be charged Rs. 300/-
  • NRI and foreign National patients have to produce their Passport and Visa documents for verification and security reasons on the day of admission.
  • Room retention is not permitted if patient is shifted to ICU.
  • Attendants of ICU patient can wait in the ICU Lounge till the patient comes out from the ICU
  • Children below 12 years of age are not allowed to enter in the inpatient service area except as a patient, as they are more prone to acquiring infection.

  • Refund above Rs.10,000/- and refund for payment made by debit/credit cards would be in the mode of cheque. All security deposit refund would be made in cheque only.
  • Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Cheques issued by trusts are accepted along with the acknowledgement letter of the trust. AIO does not hold any responsibility of non-clearance of the cheque. If the cheque does not clear before the patient is discharged, the total bill will be required to be cleared. The uncleared cheque will be returned to the patient/relative.
